Stop trying to be fancy. ;) It's blue cheese, not fromage bleu! Heh heh. There were two bottles of it, both spelled the same way. There's a
local restaurant called The Bleu Garden. I believe before that, it was
the Bleu Jeans restaurant, which was probably a typo, then carried over to the newer place.
